Refund policy
We currently do not offer returns or refunds for unwanted goods. We take great care to ensure our shades reach you in perfect condition, however, sometimes accidents happen during transit; we are happy to refund or replace any damaged or defective items provided you get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving a damaged item.
For European/Worldwide orders, as foreign shipping handlers can be very stringent with delivery attempts; if a customer is unable to receive their order due to the shipping details they have provide/or is unavailable to sign for their parcel, and the item is returned to us, we are only able to refund the product cost.
To start a return/refund, you can contact us at theshadeprjct@outlook.com. If your return\refund is accepted, we will send a replacement (subject to availability) at our earliest opportunity.
