Customs Information

Shipping globally comes with a few challenges, as each country’s customs department and shipping handlers operate a little differently. We take care to prepare your overseas package with accurate shipping and customs declarations to avoid delays caused by customs, but we cannot be held accountable for delays if checks do occur, nor do we have any jurisdiction to contact your local customs department.

Additionally, delivery partners may handle missed delivery attempts differently depending on the country. If your package requires pickup from a local delivery office due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, please be aware that we are not responsible for refunding unclaimed packages. Should these packages be returned to us by the shipping agent, we will refund the order, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
