All orders placed with TheShadePrjct are subject to a 14-day returns window starting from the day the customer has received goods.

The customer is responsible for sending goods back as we currently do not offer free returns.

To return items, simply ensure the item is well packaged, as we cannot be liable for any items damaged in transit to us. Items can only be returned to us if they are in an unworn, saleable condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Returns must be sent by a recorded delivery service (signature is required on delivery), please retain proof of postage as we are not liable for lost post.

Sale items can only be returned for store credit or another item.
